An 8-axis stepper clock module. One ESP32-S3 drives four dual-shaft instrument motors, so every motor carries two concentric pointers. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, hover a part to identify it.
Layer artwork, straight from the plot
The same board seen flat, top edge on the left. Switch layers on and off to see what hides under the black soldermask: the ground pour on top, the step and direction buses fanning out to the motor drivers, and the two inner planes.
Stackup, drawn to scale
Four copper layers of 35 µm around a 1.24 mm FR4 core, with 0.1 mm prepreg on each side and a black mask over both outer layers. The drawing uses one scale throughout, so the copper really is that thin next to the core.
Every layer in the exploded view above sits at its real position in this stack before it separates.
Scale: 1 mm = 200 px. Values from the board setup in de-klok-3.kicad_pcb.
From USB to pointer
Click a stage to find its parts on the board. The 3D view scrolls into sight and outlines them.
